services of Charles Clark & Co. and does not extend
to your use of other web sites outside of the Charles

All cheques, documents of title, etc, may be sent by post
to your last known address and shall be sent at your
own risk.
Where we are required to verify your identity in accordance
with the regulations, we will request that
you do so within a reasonable period. Should this
proof of ID not be forthcoming, we will not be liable
for any delay in the marketing, sale or purchase of any
property or any other services to be provided to you.

accept this Privacy Policy and you agree that we may
change the future content without receiving your prior

English law will be the basis of this contract and the
language in which this contract will be interpreted,
and in which all communications will be conducted, will
be English. English law will apply regardless of
where a client is domiciled.
