Old Dudwell Mill forms part of the renowned Bateman’s
Estate, formerly the home of Rudyard Kipling. Situated

been significantly extended and altered over
time. Of
part brick and tile hung upper elevation under
the tiled roof with wooden casement windows,
the house is now in need of considerable renovation
and improvement, for which a programme of works
will need to be agreed with The National Trust,
subject to planning permission and/or listed
building consent, as necessary.
