HISTORY
Charles Clark & Co. was established in 1992 through a management buy-out of the Agricultural Division of Geering & Colyer, a multi-discipline firm which had practiced through Kent and Sussex since 1909, and became a Limited Company on 1st January 2005.

MANAGEMENT
Charles Clark - A Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rural Practice Division) and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers of which he is a past Chairman of the Sussex and Adjoining Counties Branch. Charles first qualified in 1976 and has lived and practiced in East Sussex throughout his career, having first worked for a local cattle market firm when he left college and then heading the Agricultural Division of Black Horse Agency’s Geering & Colyer, before establishing his own firm. Charles and his wife, Truus, also farm locally and run an organic-based Sussex suckler herd.
Timothy Crundwell - Timothy joined Charles Clark & Co. in April 2007 to head and expand the firm's agency operation and has lived and worked locally in both agriculture and rural estate agency for many years, thereby combining two of the most important aspects of the business within the company. Together with the other members of staff at Charles Clark & Co., Timothy can guide vendors and purchasers through the process of selling/acquiring both residential and rural/commercial property and has made it his goal to ensure that the whole exercise as stress-free for clients as possible whilst always maintaining complete professionalism and discretion. Tim's interests include country pursuits and a passion for motorcycles.
